(“the Company”) is the lawful copyright owner of all software products, system programs, platform applications, related source code, and firmware developed under its name. The Company legally owns and protects all related intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, and trade secrets, in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws and regulations. This statement applies to all software products, web applications, management systems, supporting tools, and all updated or upgraded versions independently developed, released, and maintained by the Company.
All software, program code, interface designs, text content, functional algorithms, and technical architectures officially released by the Company are protected by intellectual property laws. The Company reserves the right to update software versions, optimize functions, adjust permissions, upgrade services, or suspend maintenance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
